Project 196 presented a higher degree of complexity compared to the hundreds of other properties we’ve undertaken. The property’s owner had been grappling with persistent tenant issues. In their search for a solution, they turned to Northpoint, and we were able to provide a guaranteed rent through a five-year contract.

The initial challenge we faced was the resistance of the current tenant to vacate the premises. Our legal team played a crucial role in facilitating the tenant’s removal. Once the tenant was successfully evicted, we invested both time and resources in revitalising the property. Finally, our in-house interior design team added the finishing touches to enhance its appeal.

With the property now in top condition, we reached out to our extensive network of trusted businesses, offering our accommodations to their employees. The property was swiftly brought to full operational status, and it wasn’t long before it was running smoothly.
