PROJECT 67

Project 67 presented a relatively uncomplicated property. An overseas landlord contacted Northpoint as they were facing challenges with the current management of their property, which was previously under the management of a high street letting agent. Dissatisfied with the numerous issues, this landlord was referred to us by a friend who already entrusted us with their properties.

Upon their initial inquiry, we arranged a virtual property viewing due to the landlord’s overseas location. Subsequently, we provided three guaranteed rent proposals. Within a week, we reached an agreement on the terms and swiftly initiated the property’s refurbishment process.

The property required extensive renovation to meet the desired standards. We assumed full responsibility for the entire refurbishment, managing the project from start to finish. Remarkably, we completed the refurbishment in just three weeks, even with the landlord residing abroad. Once finished, we successfully accommodated eight medical professionals who had recently begun working at the local MRI unit within the NHS.
